13 Charles Road, Cape Elizabeth
History: The house is David’s childhood home which he purchased in 2004. Both the house and yard have undergone extensive renovations, all completed by David and his wife, Nicole. A painter and printmaker hobbyist, David spent 20 years converting the single-car garage into an art studio and four years digging and constructing a pond with an overhanging deck. He also built a garden shed and chicken house, installed an outdoor shower, added a custom fence, and constructed a greenhouse.
